Schedule Initial Consult

MEdical Analysis Report

This report contains 3 basic components. First is a VA Fact Sheet for common definitions and how terms are used in our counseling. Second is the Condition Summary built out of this APPLE-F3 Analysis per condition claimed. Lastly we will provide you with a Rating Summary showing what we suspect your rating to be based on the evidence in your file.
